
Mahardyan Trymario Saputro, S.H., M.H.
Since 2018, Mahardyan has been working as a lawyer at various institutions in Jakarta, including the government office, a law firm, and different corporations. Mahardyan obtained a Bachelor of Law (Sarjana Hukum) in 2017 with a major in International Law from Atma Jaya Catholic University and subsequently pursued a Master of Law (Magister Hukum) with a major in Economic Law at the University of Indonesia in 2021.
He is a licensed Advocate and holds membership in the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
His primary areas of expertise encompass energy and natural resources, with a specific focus on the mining industry, shipping, and general corporate matters, as well as arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. Additionally, he has experience in land and property law.
Arief Rizaldi, S.H.
In 2016, Arief successfully graduated with a Bachelor of Law (Sarjana Hukum) from the University of Pancasila. He is a licensed Advocate and holds membership in the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
Arief has been involved in the legal profession since 2017, involved in various cases ranging from civil to corporate. He has gained diverse legal experience by practicing law at multiple law firms in Jakarta.
Arief specializes in several key areas of law, including Civil and Commercial Litigation, Criminal Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Bankruptcy and Restructuring.


Raden Abyan Aradea, S.H., M.H.
Since graduating in 2018 from the University of Pancasila with a Bachelor of Law (Sarjana Hukum), Abyan has been practicing Civil and Commercial Litigation, accumulating a diverse range of experiences as a lawyer across multiple law firms in Jakarta, allof which have a primary focus on litigation.
He is a licensed Advocate and holds membership in the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
Abyan specializes in Civil and Commercial Litigation, Criminal Law, and alternative dispute resolution. His His previous cases involved handling disputes related to land, land borrowing, drug-related issues, and disputes concerning the dismissal of BUMN directors.
Maulana Kusuma Budiaji, S.H., M.H.
He completed his undergraduate studes in 2017 with major in International Law and post graduate studies in 2019 with a major in International Trade Law at Atma Jaya Catholic Univeristy. He licensed Advocate and holds membership in the Indonesian Advocates Asscoiation (PERADI).
Since 2017 he has worked with various companies and law firms, each with unique project or business focuses. His projects have covered diverse area such as wood utilization in indusrial plantation forests, IPOs and right issues, company acquisitions, dissolution of non-liquidation companies, food and beverage business-related matters like restaurants and catering, employeement terminations, and bipartite negotiations.
Expertise in general corporate matters, handling corporate actions, capital markets, industrial relations, and forestry-related issues.
